Fora Launches Division Aimed at Group Travel and Events

Fora Travel is reimagining group and event travel with the debut of Fora Groups, a new division that blends cutting-edge technology with white-glove service for corporate clients, incentive trips, and destination events.

The New York-based modern travel agency has already produced more than $80 million in group travel and now plans to expand its reach in the booming meetings and events sector. Fora Groups aims to streamline how planners and advisors manage logistics while offering travelers the kind of personalized experience often missing from large-scale group travel.

“With Fora Groups, we’re building the infrastructure to scale—making it easier, faster and more rewarding to plan group travel with expert support,” said Henley Vazquez, co-founder of Fora. “Group travel deserves better than outdated systems and fragmented planning and our advisors have already driven tens of millions in group bookings.”

White-Glove Tech for Groups

The new platform connects clients with a dedicated Fora advisor and simplifies complex logistics — from accommodations and transportation to curated experiences and excursions. The division also assists with destination strategy, venue sourcing, and timeline management, helping planners stay within budget and on schedule.

Among its core features:

  • Concierge-style planning for all travel touchpoints
  • Destination and budget management tools
  • Expanded partnerships with leading hospitality brands

“Fora Groups is built to meet a clear demand in the market,” said Julie Noda, general manager, groups at Fora. “We’re equipping our advisors with the tools, training and support to deliver exceptional group experiences, whether it’s a 300-person sales kickoff or a team offsite. This launch allows us to scale what’s already working and raise the bar for what group travel can be.”

Expanding in the Meetings and Events Market

Since its 2021 debut, Fora has carved out a strong presence in the travel advisor space, giving independent advisors access to more than 170,000 bookable hotels, fast commission payments, and VIP perks. Collectively, Fora advisors have booked over $1 billion in travel to date.

With Fora Groups, the company is doubling down on the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segment—aiming to bridge the gap between modern technology and the high-touch service that group travel still demands.
