The GBTA Foundation, the charitable arm of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), has announced its 2025 WINiT Top 50, an annual list celebrating the outstanding achievements and contributions of women leaders across the business travel industry. This year’s honorees include Amanda Vining, global chief sales and customer officer, Corporate Traveler; Michelle Jolley, SVP of global corporate marketing, FCM Travel; and Gabriella Antoniotti, business leader, Americas, FCM Meetings & Events.
Vining and Jolley were recognized in the “Global Leaders with Global Impact” category, which highlights individuals making a significant impact on a global scale. Antoniotti was selected in the “Rising Female Leaders” category, which honors high-performing, early-career professionals poised to become future industry leaders.
WINiT is a global network focused on delivering career development services, educational programs, and resources to women in travel-related businesses. As part of the GBTA Foundation, the program is designed to help ensure the support and advancement of women across the travel industry.
“I’m incredibly proud to see Amanda receive this well-deserved recognition from GBTA and be named to this year’s WINiT Top 50 list,” said Tom Walley, global managing director, Corporate Traveler. “Amanda has long been one of the most decorated sales executives in our business, helping to propel our global growth. She consistently inspires those around her with her dedication and vision—qualities that truly set her apart as an exceptional leader in our industry.”
Vining is a dynamic and accomplished executive with nearly two decades of corporate travel experience. Her leadership style transcends geographic boundaries, guided by a strategic global mindset that thrives on international collaboration. Driven by her unwavering commitment to excellence, Corporate Traveler has achieved remarkable growth under her leadership, successfully expanding its footprint across the U.S. and in key overseas markets.
“Michelle and Gabriella are two of the most accomplished and inspiring leaders in our business, and I’m thrilled they’re being recognized on this year’s GBTA WINiT Top 50 list,” said Billy McDonough, president, Americas, FCM Travel. “They are both truly deserving of this honor—not only for their extraordinary contributions to FCM, but also for the positive impact they continue to make on the broader industry.”
Since stepping into her current global role in 2024, Jolley has played a transformative role in shaping the FCM Travel business. A seasoned executive with years of experience, she previously led the company’s marketing division in the United States and Canada. Her strategic leadership has driven meaningful change, elevating both organizational performance and workplace culture.
One of the most respected voices in the industry, Antoniotti has a proven ability to accelerate business growth while cultivating long-term client relationships. She plays a key role in leading the execution of high-profile corporate events across North America, and is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders in the meetings and events space.
In addition to Vining, Jolley, and Antoniotti, this year’s list also includes Michelle Degenhardt, global sustainability officer at Flight Centre Travel Group, who was recognized in the “Global Leaders with Global Impact” category.
