Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina has unveiled its “Penthouse Collection,” a buyout of the resort’s 17th floor. Encompassing the entire floor, including the Penthouse Suite, the “Penthouse Collection” is an events and wedding package that offers a private space for family and friends to celebrate.
Besides the 3,200 square-foot newly remodeled Penthouse Suite, the collection includes a total of 11 guestrooms, including two one-bedroom suites. Inspired by the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean, the renovation project focused on expanding the panoramic views and incorporating modern design elements—from a curated fine art collection and wellness amenities, to ample indoor-outdoor living space for family and friends to gather.
Upon entry to the two-bedroom Penthouse Suite, guests are welcomed into a newly redesigned hallway that sets the tone with a curated collection of fine art photography by Gray Malin. The bright and airy living room has a new open floor design, connecting both the living and dining rooms, and anchored by floor-to-ceiling windows to embrace the ocean views. The 800-square-foot wrap-around lanai—the location for the wedding ceremony and cocktail reception—creates an escape to lounge during the day or relax under the stars in the evening. New flooring, modern coastal furniture and natural textiles with pops of color create a casual, yet luxurious lounge area.
The “Penthouse Collection” package is designed for a three-night stay for up to 30 guests and includes the two-bedroom Penthouse Suite, two one-bedroom suites, and nine guestrooms; bespoke private dinner on the 800-square-foot Penthouse Terrace; designated events manager; 24-hour concierge service; wedding ceremony and cocktail reception; and a stargazing experience with #FSWayfinders’ “Stars Above Hawaii” on the Penthouse Terrace.
