Four Seasons St. Louis Launches Incentives for Meeting Planners

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis has unveiled its “Bounce Back Offer.” Meeting planners can also choose from four experiences that celebrate the city’s heritage of baseball, BBQ, beer and the blues organized by Explore St. Louis, the official destination marketing organization of St. Louis City and St. Louis County.

With newly renovated guestrooms and views of the Gateway Arch and the Mississippi, the hotel’s “Bounce Back Offer” provides new groups that book by December 31, 2022 (and complete meeting by December 31, 2023), 4 percent of total booking revenues toward a future booking within the next year. Additionally, organizers can choose three concessions to avail of the hotel’s amenities and amplify the savings. The list of available concessions includes a "VIP" welcome reception for 20 people in TopGolf Swing Suite (requires a minimum of 50 room nights); complimentary 80-minute spa treatment for a VIP; 2 percent of total revenues contracted credited to the master account; complimentary 45-minute reception (house beer/wine); complimentary round-trip airport transfers for a VIP; 20 percent off audio-visual pricing when using preferred in-house vendor PSAV; 10 percent off catering menu pricing; complimentary Wi-Fi in the main meeting room; one complimentary suite upgrade for every 40 rooms actualized and 40 percent allowable guestroom attrition.

The offer is valid for new groups with a minimum of 10 guestrooms. The offer must be booked by December 31, 2022, for a new group booking taking place in 2022 or 2023. The offer is subject to availability and cannot be clubbed with any other offers.

Explore St. Louis is additionally offering four experiences to group organizers who book a meeting of 250 total room nights by December 31, 2022 (and complete the meeting by December 31, 2023). Up to 25 guests can take part in one of these four immersive activities, which include roundtrip transfers.

  • Baseball Heaven:” A behind-the-scenes Busch Stadium tour from dugout to bullpen learning about the storied history of the 11-time World Champion St. Louis Cardinals along the way.
  • STL-Style BBQ:” A chance to meet a pit master and savor St. Louis-style BBQ. Guests will find out what makes the city’s BBQ the best in the nation, firsthand.
  • Birthplace of American Brewing:” A tasting and pairing experience with the brew master at the Budweiser Brewery, founded by Eberhard Anheuser and Adolphus Busch along the banks of the Mississippi in 1852.
  • St. Louis Blues:” A celebration of the genre that is the foundation of all modern American music at the National Blues Museum. The experience includes a private guided tour with local F&B specialty tastings and composing a personal blues tune.
