The Venetian Resort Las Vegas Names Tony Yousfi Chief Sales Officer

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas has named Tony Yousfi as its chief sales officer. Yousfi’s previous roles earned him nationwide recognition for long-term success in hotel sales, convention services, catering and large-scale project management.

“We are honored Tony will be joining our dynamic leadership team,” said Patrick Nichols, president and CEO of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. “Meetings are at the heart of The Venetian Resort, and Tony’s remarkable experience will help guide our commitment to innovation and growth.”

Yousfi brings 18 years of experience in the hospitality sector, including his most recent roles as senior vice president of sales, catering, and conference services for Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Prior to that, he served as the chief growth officer at Carver Road Hospitality; and as vice president of sales, services, catering, group dining and weddings at MGM Resorts International.

Beginning his career as a national sales manager, Yousfi accelerated his career through his contributions to various multi-million-dollar, large-scale projects. “The Venetian Resort is iconic and really changed the landscape of meetings and conventions in Las Vegas,” said Yousfi. “I’m thrilled to join this team and build upon its legacy as a leader in the MICE industry.”

Yousfi’s long history as a leader in Las Vegas hospitality combined with his knowledge of strategic planning will assist the resort’s continued expansion and dedicated efforts to enhancing the overall customer experience. He is an active member of industry organizations including American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI), and Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals (FICP).
