M-Plus Global Events, one of North America’s largest full-service travel and event management companies, and parent company of Utah-based Morris Meetings & Incentives, has announced the acquisition of meeting and incentive management company IME Connect of Parsippany, NJ.
IME Connect is a management company specializing in group incentive travel, meetings and events. It is regarded for its customer service across the nation, and enjoys client relationships in multiple business sectors dating back to the early 1980s. IME Connect will continue operating as a separate business unit within M-Plus Global Events. The acquisition of IME Connect follows the merger of A-Plus Meetings & Events and Columbus Travel into M-Plus Global Events earlier in 2022.

The company also owns interests in Kansas City-based ADI Meetings & Events, and Boise-based TMN Events. Morris Meetings & Incentives was recently named to the MeetingsNet CMI Top 25 list.
Combined sales for M-Plus Global Events tops $200M while generating more than 210,000 annual hotel room nights and managing 300-plus events globally each year. M-Plus is in ongoing talks with other top-tier North American-based meeting & event management companies.
