Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa in Greater Palm Springs has elevated Sean Kim to the position of director of commercial services. In this new role, which is a first for the desert resort and limited to just five properties within the entire Hyatt portfolio, Kim will oversee revenue, events, and sales and marketing operations for the resort.
Kim has nearly two decades of hospitality experience, including the past four years at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells, where he has served as director of revenue management.

Kim began his career in 2005 with Hilton and later joined Hyatt in 2007. Throughout his hospitality career, he has gained a breadth of experience in numerous hotel departments, including front office and reservations at Hyatt Regency Long Beach. Prior to joining the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells team, he oversaw revenue management at Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport and held the position of assistant director of revenue management at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa.
