Viewline Resort Snowmass Names New Group Sales Manager

Viewline Resort Snowmass, a newly renovated slope-side resort in Colorado’s Snowmass Village, has announced the appointment of Danielle Caswell as group sales manager. Caswell has been in the hospitality industry for nearly a decade, working with hotels and resorts within the Hyatt and Marriott portfolios. In her new role, Caswell will lead the resort's group sales team in building and nurturing customer relationships, prospecting new business, and increasing sales.

Prior to joining Viewline Resort Snowmass, Caswell was the senior group sales manager at the Otis Hotel, Autograph Collection in Austin, Texas, where she managed group sales and helped to maximize brand awareness during the opening of the dual branded property. Prior to that, Caswell gained experience with hotels in the Hyatt Regency luxury collection in the Greater Austin area, including Hyatt Regency Austin and Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa

“Danielle is a seasoned sales manager, and her experience in group sales will be invaluable to our team,” said Complex Director of Sales and Marketing Vince Vito. “She has a proven track record of building meaningful customer relationships, and generating new business, and we look forward to watching her create long-term partnerships within our group business segment here at Viewline.”

Caswell is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she received a bachelor’s degree in education and human science with an emphasis on hospitality, tourism, and restaurant management. At Hyatt Regency Austin, she was awarded with the resort’s Sales Team of the Year and Leader of the Quarter awards.

Situated slope-side just above the Snowmass Village base and mall, Viewline Resort Snowmass features 254 guestrooms and suites complemented by a curated collection of experiences. The four-star resort recently underwent a $40 million renovation and rebrand, debuting a new design by The Getty’s Group that offers an elevated aesthetic inspired by a 1960’s mountain town ethos. Viewline Resort Snowmass also brings to the region three new dining concepts, including signature restaurant Stark’s Alpine Grill; enhanced amenities, including a private ski and bike concierge; kids’ club; heated mountainside pool with sundeck and terrace; onsite fitness center; and new full-service Lupine Spa.
