The St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, Utah has announced the addition of several new venues and activities beginning winter 2022. The resort, located in the Wasatch Range, is 35 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport and less than a mile from Park City’s Main Street, teeming with galleries, shops and boutiques.
The St. Regis Deer Valley has 173 rooms, including 68 suites. Guests can enjoy a range of activities at the ski-in, ski-out resort, including hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and golf. The resort has also partnered with Swaner Preserve & EcoCenter for wildlife experiences. In addition, the resort offers over 16,155 square feet of interior meeting space, including the 2,814-square-foot Astor Ballroom, the 2,271-square-foot Mountainside Room and the 1,652-square-foot Wasatch Room. An additional 16,589 square feet of outdoor meeting and event space includes the 6,000-square-foot Astor Terrace, the 2,400-square-foot Grand Lawn and the 2,400-square-foot Deer Hollow Lawn.
The resort’s lobby has a two-sided bronze fireplace and surrounding public rooms. It has eight year-round indoor and outdoor restaurants, including Rime, the signature restaurant; Brasserie 7452, the French bistro surrounding a three-sided fireplace; The St. Regis Bar; and the Mountain Terrace. The Wine Vault, with over 10,000 bottles and 1,200 different labels, spans 703 square feet and can accommodate up to 50 persons.
The Vintage Room returns in December 2022 with its seafood menu, daily live music, an expanded deck and new outdoor bar. A new chairlift will enable novice skiers to make their way to the eatery. The venue can also be accessed directly from the main resort building via a wooden walkway. Other venues slated to open in December include a new Italian restaurant in the resort’s Snow Park Building, with indoor-outdoor seating; the Astor Bar; two Topgolf Swing Suites; and the Library, which is ideal for breakfast or après with live piano or strings every afternoon. The Library offers 1,176 square feet of meeting space and can accommodate 44 persons. It can also be divided in half, with each half seating 22, perfect for a smaller meeting or reception.
Spanning 14,000-square-feet, The St. Regis Spa is spread over two floors. It has 11 treatment rooms, including companion suites with fireplaces, soaking tubs, and alfresco relaxation patios. The 3,330-square-foot Athletic Club is adjacent to the year-round two-tier heated outdoor infinity pool.
During winter 2022-2023, the resort will offer Docent Tours of the 200-plus original pieces of artwork throughout the resort’s lobby; and Nightly Stargazing sessions with high-powered telescopes.
