Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport Partners With Tailwind Air

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport has announced its newest partnership with veteran-owned, seaplane operator, Tailwind Air. Located in the heart of Boston’s Seaport District, the newly opened hotel now offers leisure and business travelers the opportunity to combine its hotel experience with the fastest means of transportation—between Manhattan’s New York Skyport on East 23rd Street and Boston Harbor via Tailwind Air’s seaplane shuttle service

Tailwind Air offers guests of Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport a chance to "Fly the Fast Lane," with access to nonstop, premium travel between Boston and New York City. Guests can enjoy reduced travel times through Tailwind Air’s quick check-in processes needing to arrive at their Fan Pier lounge just 10 minutes before departure, followed by a 75-minute flight to their destination. Further, all Tailwind Air passengers will receive preferential rates for accommodations at Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. Should bad weather factor into travel, Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport will work in conjunction with Tailwind Air to provide accommodations for any passengers whose flights may be affected.

Newly opened this past September, Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport offers 1,054 guestrooms, including 52 suites, and invites guests to discover seven themed restaurants and bars, a full-service spa, rooftop pool deck, and 100,000 square feet of flexible event space, including a large ballroom.

Tailwind Air offers four daily nonstop flights from Manhattan to Boston, Monday through Friday, and on Sundays, with fares starting from $395 for a one-way ticket. For passengers who travel between Boston and Manhattan regularly, Tailwind Air offers discounted prepaid commuter books of 10, 20, and 50 tickets, which can be shared with colleagues, friends, and family. Corporate rates are also available for business travelers.
