For groups looking to book 10 rooms or more, the estate has launched a new package with rates starting at $799 per room for meetings held through October 31, 2023. Groups of all sizes can utilize the estate’s venues, ranging from smaller spaces such as the boardroom and private dining room to large functions in the Surf Room Ballroom or in one of the many outdoor spaces around the estate.
Upon arrival, groups will enjoy handcrafted cuisine prepared by the property’s chefs, and can participate in a range of team-building activities including personalized wine tastings and exploring the historic Rockefeller Nature Trail through the "Ambassadors of the Environment" program.
The "Stay Local, Meet Local Package" includes three percent rebate to Master Account, 15 percent attrition (nightly), complimentary indoor set up and meeting space fees, 15 percent discount on current banquet menus (excluding alcohol) and 15 percent discount on in-hour AV equipment. In addition to these benefits, guests booking the package can select one additional benefit from the following:
