Delta Hotels by Marriott Jacksonville Deerwood Completes Reno

Delta Hotels by Marriott Jacksonville Deerwood has announced its grand opening following the completion of a $6 million property-wide renovation and rebranding. The newly transformed 166-room hotel, owned by affiliates of 1754 Properties and investment group Argosy Real Estate Partners, now sports a refreshed dining destination, guestrooms, lobby and coffee shop, fitness center with views of the pool, and meetings and events spaces.

Arena Interior has undertaken a redesign of the building, drawing inspiration from Jacksonville's rich coastline, rivers and nature reserves. The design intends to blend the indoors with the outdoors, creating a "resort-like" setting. With 163 rooms and three suites, each room is designed with vibrant blues and is equipped with large workspaces to enhance productivity, as well as a mini-fridge, upgraded bed linens and complimentary Wi-Fi. With the rise of business travel, the property accommodates corporate meetings and small events with a total of 3,795 square feet of renovated meeting space, including five event rooms holding up to 180 people in total.

Complete with a newly updated restaurant, Delta Grill, guests can enjoy freshly made, locally sourced ingredients for breakfast and dinner. The new Bridges Coffee Shop offers freshly prepared breakfast and lunch, as well as items for guests on the go, while the completely transformed gym offers travelers new equipment with an outdoor view of the refurbished pool area.

Delta Hotels Jacksonville Deerwood is just minutes away from Jacksonville’s Deerwood Park office market, St. Johns Town Center, the University of North Florida, Mayo Clinic, Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside Hospital, Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens and the Florida Theater.
