Bahia Hotel & Beach House, a member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Lifestyle Collection in Cabo San Lucas, has unveiled The Penthouse, a new, private event space for business and leisure occasions accommodating up to 60 guests. Located on the top floor of the hotel and totaling over 1,000 square feet, The Penthouse offers an exclusive setting, conveniently located in the design-forward hotel, with sweeping views of the Los Cabos coastline and cityscape.
Whether it’s a wedding rehearsal dinner, corporate gathering, private tasting, or brand launch, The Penthouse adapts to the tone and needs of the event with a modular design—delivering sophistication without sacrificing comfort or character.

The Penthouse is Bahia’s third venue. It features soaring vaulted ceilings and a modern design. Sunlight floods the room by day through expansive windows, creating a bright, airy atmosphere ideal for daytime gatherings. By night, the space transforms into an intimate, warmly lit venue—perfect for candlelit dinners, cocktail receptions or late-night lounges.
Catering for events at The Penthouse is available from the hotel’s signature restaurant, Bar Esquina.
Bar Esquina can accommodate up to 70 guests with indoor and terrace seating. The menu draws from Baja’s local bounty and Mediterranean traditions featuring vibrant ingredients, fresh seafood, wood-fired creations, craft cocktails and more all set to live music in a lively setting. SUR Beach House, just around the corner, can host up to 200 in an open-air beachfront setting. SUR, with its beachfront location, Baja-fresh flavors and inventive cocktails is one of Cabo’s premier event destinations, hosting everything from celebrity parties to weddings to corporate retreats.
