The five-story hotel with a contemporary, European-influenced design will offer 131 guestrooms, four suites and signature beverage and food programming. Being in Southwest Austin, the hotel, which will be managed by Atlanta-based Peachtree Hotel Group, is in close to Lantana Place, an upscale retail center that offers shopping, entertainment, dining, boutique fitness options and beauty salons.
The accommodations are pet-friendy and have modern design, sleek furnishings and open floor plans. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and luxury bath products. The contemporary lobby has artwork and furnishings, and is designed for gatherings and business meetings. The hotel also offers three meeting rooms, totaling more than 900 square feet, well-suited for group events.
Other facilities include a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool with cabanas, an outdoor deck with lounge-style seating and fire pit, and complimentary on-site parking equipped with electric car charging stations. Guests can enjoy cocktails and tapas-inspired small bites at AC Lounge or grab a micro-local treat at the AC Store. The Salt + Stone Rooftop Bar, a covered, open-air, top-floor lounge, offers cocktails, local beer and wine, and small plates along with views of the surrounding Texas Hill Country.
