Editor's Note: A New Look, a New Experience and What’s to Come

Dear reader,

You may notice a few changes around here. The Meeting Spotlight team has been rolling out subtle site improvements over the last few months, but today's redesign features likely caught your attention. These changes advance our mission to bring you the news and insights that are most essential to you, in easy-to-digest formats. I’m excited to share with you the latest updates.

On our homepage, you’ll find:

  • A more detailed and visually appealing “hero” section at the top of the page with our latest content
  • Just below that, a row of posts on one of our hottest topics
  • An Editor’s Choice section, so you don’t miss our premier coverage
  • An easier-to-read content well as you scroll down the page
  • Recommended content, so you can explore the topics that interest you most

Throughout the site, you’ll find color blocking and font changes.

Many of these changes were informed by you, based on aggregate user behaviors, heatmapping and feedback. Other changes were informed by overall trends in web design and changing expectations in our markets.

We are thrilled to have you experience the new Meeting Spotlight, and the changes don’t stop here: We’ll be rolling out more design improvements in the coming months. Watch this space for more announcements related to these changes.

So, have a look around and let us know what you think. We hope the improved experience makes you want to stay just a little bit longer, dive a little bit deeper and check back regularly.

Thank you,

Matt Turner
