FCM M&E Announces New Operational Structure for Americas

FCM Meetings & Events (FCM M&E) has announced a strategic reorganization of its Americas operations team. The updated leadership structure will streamline operations and increase efficiency for the business across the U.S. and Canada.

The new moves will include the appointment of Gabriella Antoniotti, who will step into the newly created role of head of operations. Based in New York City, she will be responsible for leading the complete operations of the meetings and events business, overseeing the company’s event travel, sourcing and managed meetings, and event management departments.

Now in her 10th year with FCM M&E, Antoniotti most recently served as the director of business improvements. Previously, she held various event operations positions within the company, while based out of Australia.

As part of the new structure, Steph Garcia will also be promoted to team leader, responsible for day-to-day operations of the event travel division. The industry veteran, who first joined FCM M&E as an event consultant last year, has had an extensive career in travel that includes working for over 12 years with Liberty Travel, the U.S. leisure brand of Flight Centre Travel Group.

The leadership team will also consist of Jessica Cortese, who will continue in her role as team leader, sourcing and managing meetings. Madison McCann and Emma Eves in the U.S., along with Sophie Marsh in Canada, will also continue to serve as team leaders across the event management division. Garcia, Cortese, McCann, Eves and Marsh will all report to Antoniotti.
