BizTrip.AI, Cerebri AI Team Up to Streamline Corporate Travel Bookings

BizTrip.AI and Cerebri AI have announced a new collaboration. As a result of this partnership, BizTrip.AI’s agentic AI for business travelers will now be able to access Cerebri AI’s corporate travel datasets, including travel management company (TMC) data, online booking tool (OBT) data, company expense card data, as well as expense report and HR data.

BizTrip.AI, launched in July, is reinventing the booking and management of corporate travel by utilizing agentic AI to serve as a personal executive assistant for business travelers. The platform-agnostic technology dramatically increases the efficiency of the travel booking process, streamlines itinerary change management and automatically tracks and re-shops bookings for corporate fares and lower available rates.

Cerebri AI’s data engineering and AI modeling platform takes in TMC, OBT, company expense card, expense reports, company budgets as well as HR data, then reconciles, enhances and aggregates this data on a global basis. This eliminates the misaligned travel and expense data that has plagued managed travel programs for decades. Utilizing Cerebri AI’s data assets, BizTrip.AI is able to recognize and book travel itineraries based on historical context and individual business traveler preferences. The technology is being trialed by large enterprise organizations, including Moderna, as well as leading TMC, Cain Travel, enhancing traditional search-based booking tools with an astute, perceptive interface that understands travelers’ preferences, anticipates their needs and ensures policy compliance.

“Reliable, accurate travel booking data is fundamental to delivering a best-in-class personal assistant for business travelers,” said Tom Romary, co-founder and CEO of BizTrip.AI. “Working with Cerebri AI, we don’t worry about the bad data issues that often bedevil many corporate travel programs. Their data underpins a broad range of managed travel programs and is utilized at a global scale. We feel fortunate to be partnering with a data provider of their caliber.”

Business travel spending in 2026 is expected to total over $1.5 trillion and is one of the largest discretionary spending categories in business today. The total worldwide travel spend is expected to exceed pre-COVID levels this year, rising to $2 trillion by 2028.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have BizTrip.AI access our unique corporate traveler datasets to deliver a powerful new experience for business travelers,” said Jean Belanger, co-founder and CEO of Cerebri AI. “We see the efficiencies that BizTrip.AI is working to bring to business travelers and to managed travel programs—and it’s exciting to help usher in an industry sea change.”

The travel industry is evolving quickly and is instituting new technology to become less dependent on live agents. The goal is maximum travel productivity, booking simple to complex business itineraries in a few minutes while monitoring travel fares throughout the travel experience.
