Two Orlando Hotels Introduce Meetings Butler

Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek are introducing a Meetings Butler. 

The customized luxury experience takes a holistic approach to servicing meeting planners and coordinators alike. The dedicated butler acts as a VIP coordinator, tending to any specific need, from preparing the planner’s coffee their preferred way to arranging VIP pickups for business executives from the airport. The ultimate goal of this role is to make the meeting planner’s life as easy as possible during these busy times, as well as assist with any logistics to create a seamless event for both the attendees and planner. 

With over 200,000 square feet of combined, functional meeting space, the hotels offer a plethora of unique group offerings, such as wellness-focused activities including yoga, bootcamps, escape room experiences, and Amazing Race-inspired adventures. Plus, both hotels are official Walt Disney World Hotel, which opens the door to exceptional advantages with access to the Disney Institute, inclusive of behind-the-scenes tours and special speakers, world-class entertainment and a vast array of props and decor for events, the option to host off-set events at select Disney Theme Park venues and much more.
