With an open layout, it offers a lawn and lap pool. Estate Eight offers two-bedroom layouts: A tower design with double volume bay windows and another with a tree-shaded veranda. Perched on a hillside, each bedroom features a private balcony and deck with ocean views. The Estate showcases a dining pavilion offering captivating sunset vistas, along with living and resting pavilions that overlook a lotus-inspired infinity pool and tranquil fishponds.
Estate Nine has an ancient rock garden, where towering monoliths have stood for over 200 million years. It consists of four bungalow bedrooms, three outdoor bath pavilions, a fishpond and a giant chess board.
