Mexico Grand Hotels Offers New Venues, Amenities for MICE Travelers

As the MICE industry continues to grow, Mexico Grand Hotels is catering to MICE travelers with amenities that highlight the all-inclusive hotel chain’s “home-away-from-home approach.”

From new venues to a focus on wellness, Mexico Grand Hotels is adapting to the trends of a post-pandemic landscape. Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences has recently opened a hilltop chapel offering scenic views. Several events have already been hosted in the chapel, which is recognized as an official Catholic church. The chapel will also be developed into a suite in 2022 for a truly original Los Cabos stay.

“We’re seeing a healthy return to MICE travel at Mexico Grand Hotels. The MICE traveler will continue to lead the growth of travel into 2022, and we’re catering to them with new amenities and our CASALIMPIA health & safety program while maintaining our classic Mexican-inspired hospitality,” said Mexico Grand Hotels sales and marketing director Gabriel Ibarra Macias.

A recent study by Allied Market Research found that the MICE industry is estimated to reach $1.3 billion by 2028.

Bleisure travel also continues to shift as MICE travel increasingly grows into a hybrid format, and these travelers extend their trips into leisure time. At Vista Encantada Spa Resort & Residences, which opened just before the pandemic, guests can reach out to a guest experience manager for an elevated concierge service. MICE guests at the adults-oriented property can add a touch of local culture to their events with the guest experience manager.
