Le Méridien Bangkok Gets a Makeover

Le Méridien Bangkok has completed a renovation project and is ready to welcome guests. Located in Silom district, surrounded by restaurants, bars, nightlife and cultural attractions, Le Méridien Bangkok is an ideal base for curious explorers looking to uncover the upbeat vibe of this cosmopolitan city.

Upon arrival at the newly refreshed Le Méridien Bangkok, guests are greeted by I-Jud, the giant sculpture of a white dog that has become a local icon. This playful installation reflects the artistic spirit of the Le Méridien brand. As guests stroll through the revamped reception area, they will be able to see more mini I-Jud statues dotted around the lobby.

The refurbished guestrooms and suites offer enhanced technology, such as touchscreen IP phones, LED Smart TVs and Bluetooth speakers complemented by an ergonomic design concept with comfy sofas, extra-long working desks, ample electrical outlets and floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathrooms feature deep-soaking tubs and separate rain showers.

At The Onsen, a 323-square-foot private bathing area, guests can plunge into mineral-rich water, using precise Japanese formulas that change in harmony with the seasons. Alternatively, SPA by Le Méridien features seven treatment rooms. Other facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center.

The hotel additionally offers a range of dining venues: À la carte local and international snacks and shareable dishes are available throughout the day at Latitude 13 Indoor; at Tempo, the new bar, mixologists use local plants and herbs to craft high-end cocktails; Latest Recipe is an international culinary marketplace with all-day menus and regular promotions; Rolling Ribs Brew Bar & BBQ is a Memphis-style smokehouse that offers combos and signature cocktails.

The hotel offers 8,460 square feet of event space including a ballroom, meeting room, four boardrooms and foyers with large LED screens.
