PGA National Resort Partners With Blade Air Mobility

PGA National Resort has announced a partnership with Blade Air Mobility, Inc. With this collaboration, Blade has become the official urban air mobility provider of PGA National Resort, and guests can now arrive and depart from the property via helicopter. The newly built helipad is located adjacent to the tennis courts and overlooks the Staple Course.

PGA National Resort recently completed a $100 million transformation and now has 360 guestrooms and suites. The renovation also includes six new culinary concepts—signature restaurants The Butcher’s Club by “Top Chef” winner Jeremy Ford and Honeybelle by Lindsay Autry—a 40,000-square-foot spa created by V Starr, the design firm owned by tennis star Venus Williams; a Banyan Buddies children’s club experience; and redesigned public spaces.

There are two options that enable both hotel guests and locals to enjoy this amenity. First, guests can take BLADEone, a commercial-sized jet that has been retrofitted for only 16 passengers, from New York to Palm Beach International Airport. Upon landing, guests will board a waiting helicopter for a six-minute flight to the resort. Alternatively, Blade flights are available to fly directly from nearby cities such as Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton to the resort.

In line with the partnership, PGA National Resort has created several packages for guests to enjoy, such as the “Air Odyssey” and “Decadent Day” packages.

The “Air Odyssey” package includes:

  • Four-night stay in a luxuriously appointed One-Bedroom Suite or upgrade to a Two-Bedroom Cottage
