Illuminarium: Atlanta's New Immersive Event Venue

The opening of the first Illuminarium brings a new meeting and event experience to Atlanta, Georgia. A fusion of immersive experiences, theatrical design and big-budget movies, Illuminarium delivers a sensory experience that immerses visitors into such experiences as the African safari.

Offering 14,000 square feet of customizable space, Illuminarium “reimagines the event experience,” according to a press announcement. Its bar has an ever-changing, immersive setting, where event-goers can enjoy cocktails while being transported to places like a Japanese night market, an interstellar nebula or a luminous reef below the ocean’s surface. For instance, "WILD: A Safari Experience" allows guests to feel the landscapes of the African continent and come face to face with the exotic animals most can only hope to catch a glimpse of on safari. The experience takes place completely indoors within two rooms. It's "brought to life" through 4K laser projection, 3D audio and even scent.

The spacious café has retractable, bi-fold glass doors leading out onto the expansive patio, with direct access to the Atlanta BeltLine. The café serves African cuisine, along with standard fare.

Illuminarium can provide a diverse list of preferred partners in catering, design, event rentals, entertainment and beyond. It has recently announced plans to open in Chicago and will debut in Las Vegas this December and Miami in fall 2022.
