The Wigwam in Phoenix, Arizona, is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year. Originally founded as a getaway for Goodyear Tire & Rubber executives, the resort is offering a groups package that includes a 2 percent rebate to the group’s charity of choice, among other incentives.
The Wigwam Meetings Offer includes:
- Up to an 8 percent rebate to the master account
- Two percent rebate to the master
- Two percent to a chosen charity
- Book two events and receive an additional Two percent rebate – Two percent of event number one to be applied to the deposit for event number 2; event number two must be contracted before departing from original booking
- Two percent to the master after the event
- Complimentary one-hour Wigwam Pow Wow
- Four Chef’s Selection of hors d’oeuvres
- Two beer or wine drinks per person
- Value Dates:
- 2019 – July, August, September, November, December
- 2020 – January 1 – January 15
- 2020 – May, June, July, August, September, December
The Wigwam is also offering a Maximize Your Meetings Package for groups of up to 50 people, starting from $90 per person. This package includes breakfast, lunch and two breaks; standard meeting Wi-Fi; and Wigwam’s Easy Meetings Planning Services – event number two must be contracted before departing from the original booking. Value dates:
- 2019 – July, August, September, November, December
- 2020 – January 1 – January 15
- 2020 – May, June, July, August, September, December
For both packages, all qualified groups need to be booked (signed contract in hand) before December 31, 2019. Offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined.
