Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya’s new Group Buyout meetings promotion offers groups who book at least 150 guestrooms between June and December 2019 or 2020 exclusive use of the entire resort, with all premium suites and upgraded room categories included, including the resort’s duplex Presidential Suite.
Situated on 590 acres of oceanfront and lagoons, Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya has 214 guestrooms, including 41 suites, two outdoor pools, a white sand beach, four onsite restaurants and a bar spearheaded by Executive Chef Miguel Gomez, and the 10,000 square-foot Naum Wellness & Spa, among other amenities.
Meeting and event planners must book at least 150 guest rooms with a three-night minimum in order to receive this special buyout offer. This offer is valid for all parties and is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.
Groups work alongside the Andaz Mayakoba’s sales and events team to customize their experience with creative license on the resort’s branding and theming for their visit, from decals on golf carts and resort boats to personalized beach events and pool branding.
The resort has over 14,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor meeting space, including the Balam Ballroom, which offers 6,200 square feet of natural light, terraces and lawn areas with the ability to accommodate up to 320 people. The Andaz Studios can be used for breakouts, smaller meetings, or executive board meetings. For large dinners or parties in the evenings, the resort’s lagoon and pool areas provide settings for banquet or cocktail-style events complete with twinkling lights, a dance floor and views out towards the beach or the lagoon. Additionally, Andaz Mayakoba recently debuted their newest meeting venue, The Lawn, which overlooks the beach.
The property also offers groups a selection of locally inspired experiences. Special activities include Spanish classes, beach yoga or aquatic activities as well as cigar-rolling sessions, tequila and mezcal tastings, eco-cruises around the lagoon, and more, all of which can be organized as private events for groups. As a new experience, the resort’s Mayan Village Dining Experience invites groups to take a journey along featured food stations, tasting a wide variety of authentic delicacies while learning about Mayan rituals.
